On April 25, 2025, the City College of Cagayan de Oro – Technical Skills and Technology Institute (TSTI), in partnership with Pilipinas Shell Foundation, Inc. (PSFI), successfully conducted a specialized workshop titled TARA-baho: A Guide to Employment Application Documents at the CCCDO EdTech Laboratory.
Designed exclusively for PSFI scholars enrolled in the Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II program, the workshop provided essential guidance on crafting professional employment application documents. As part of a broader initiative to support holistic employment preparation, the session aimed to boost the scholars’ confidence and equip them with the tools necessary for a successful transition into the workforce.
Mr. Vonn Francis Cantila, Coordinator of the Instructional and Learning Materials Development Center (ILMDC) at City College of Cagayan de Oro, served as the resource speaker. He shared valuable insights and practical strategies for effective document preparation and navigating the job market. This collaborative effort between City College of Cagayan de Oro and PSFI reaffirms their shared commitment to empowering scholars with the knowledge and skills crucial for achieving meaningful and sustainable employment.
