Karl Hein M. Pios, LPT, serves as the Vice President for Finance and Assistant Department Manager at the City College of Cagayan de Oro. A proud alumnus of Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Special Education and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education, majoring in School Management, at the same institution.

With extensive experience in educational administration, Mr. Pios has contributed significantly across various leadership roles. At Xavier University, he managed the Arrupe Educational Center’s operations for four years, streamlining resources and supporting teacher education programs. He also spearheaded community initiatives, including the E-CLIP "Binuliga" Project and the LAMDAG of ACT program, both aimed at empowering vulnerable groups like OSY and Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL).

As a Philippine Youth Leadership Program alumnus, Mr. Pios demonstrated his expertise in program logistics and stakeholder collaboration. His leadership continued at CDOC-TVI, where he enhanced student support systems as Head of Student Affairs and Services and later as Director for Administration.

Currently, his role at CCCDO leverages his strengths in financial management and strategic oversight, ensuring operational excellence. With a commitment to social responsibility and innovation, Mr. Pios remains a pivotal figure in advancing educational opportunities and community impact.
