James Patrick R. Santos

James Patrick "JP" Santos is a dedicated advocate for youth empowerment and equitable
education.
His professional journey reflects a commitment to these causes, starting from his tenure as
a
staff member at Teach for the Philippines, followed by his role as the Youth Development
Officer
for the City Government of Cagayan de Oro, and currently as the Director for International
Linkages & Promotions. In his current position, JP spearheads efforts to foster
collaborations
in internationalization, business development, and public relations.
Through his diverse roles, JP has honed invaluable skills in project management,
organizational
development, stakeholder engagement, policy formulation, systems thinking, and strategic
planning.
His experiences have equipped him with a nuanced understanding of how to effect positive
change
within communities and organizations.
JP's academic background includes a degree in Business Administration with a major in
Marketing
Management from Xavier University - Ateneo de Cagayan, supplemented by participation in
specialized
courses such as the Skills Forecasting for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Short Course
facilitated
by the Australian Awards. Additionally, he has enriched his knowledge through programs like
the Academy
of Political Management by the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung - Philippines and the Leadership and

of Change for Development Managers course by the Asian Institute of Management.
Recognized for his outstanding contributions, JP has received accolades from esteemed
