The training aimed to enhance faculty competence in delivering inclusive, learner-centered, and outcomes-based instruction aligned with 21st-century educational standards. The program opened with messages from Dr. Helmae Tapanan, CCCDO Consultant, and Dr. Jestoni P. Dr. Estampa’s expertise and practical guidance significantly enriched the participants’ understanding of inclusive and transformative instruction, empowering them to create learner-centered instructional materials that uphold both academic excellence and inclusivity.

The training concluded with a reflection session, recognizing the collaborative efforts of City College of Cagayan de Oro faculty in creating transformative instructional materials.
