The RISE Learning Academy has successfully wrapped up its two-day workshop under the Alam Mo Ba 'To?! Paano Maging Tapat Series, held for Administrative Officers (AOs) and Human Resources (HR) personnel from the Cagayan de Oro Local Government Unit (CDO-LGU) last December 12-13, 2024.
This transformative event aimed to enhance professional development and promote integrity in the workplace. It featured two exceptional resource speakers who brought unique insights and experiences to the participants.
• Faith Colarte, RGC delivered an engaging session on Customer Service Skills, Conflict Resolution, and Mediation Skills. Her expert guidance provided participants with practical tools for fostering better communication and problem-solving in their respective roles. • Jesus Christopher Salon conducted a Creative and Theater Arts Workshop, offering a hands-on approach to teamwork and creativity. This interactive session left participants inspired and motivated to explore innovative methods of collaboration.
