With the re-establishment of the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) as a new cluster following the Governing Board Resolution No. 34 S. 2024, and pursuant to Memorandum OPS-2024-146, we are pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Mark Raymond S. Tan as the Vice President for Student Affairs and Services (SAS).
Dr. Tan's extensive experience in leadership and student affairs makes him an invaluable asset. His expertise will be instrumental in fostering an inclusive and supportive academic environment at the City College of Cagayan de Oro. We are confident that under his leadership, the SAS will elevate student services, empowering our students to excel academically and personally.
