As part of the Manila leg of the GREEN Learning Series, the City College of Cagayan de Oro (CCCDO) and WWF-Philippines brought Module 3: Leading Self, Others, and the Community to life through a series of trainings held separately in Caloocan and Quezon City in June 2025.
The sessions gathered barangay leaders, SWM focal persons, and waste workers to explore personal leadership and environmental responsibility, equipping them with practical tools and renewed commitment to champion inclusive and sustainable community action.
Under WWF-Philippines’ No Plastics in Nature initiative, the sessions were facilitated by Mr. James Patrick Santos, Director of the Linkages and Partnerships Office (LAPO); Mr. Jerome Torres, Director of Lifelong Learning and Professional Development (LLPD); Mr. Arnel James Suprito, Director for Quality Assurance and Planning Office (QuAPO); and Mr. Vonn Francis Cantilla, Coordinator for Instructional and Learning Materials Development Center (ILMDC).
