The City College of Cagayan de Oro's Technical Skills and Technology Institute (TSTI) takes great pleasure in announcing that its Barangay Health Services (BHS) NC II completers have successfully passed their National Certificate II Assessment.
We sincerely extend our heartfelt appreciation to Ms. Charlotte Ytem, current Barangay Health Services NC II trainer, and to former trainers Ms. Nice Bingona and Ms. Glen Vuelvan, whose unwavering dedication and passion have been instrumental in achieving this milestone.
We also convey our profound gratitude to TESDA Provincial Office for its steadfast support and guidance in advancing the technical-vocational training of our TSTI trainees. Special recognition is likewise given to Ms. Rutche Montaño, Assessment Center Manager, and Ms. Jana Ilyne Agcopra, Assessment Center Processing Officer, for their invaluable assistance and commitment, which greatly contributed to the trainees’ success.
