The City College of Cagayan de Oro (CCCDO) actively supports Klarex nga Serbisyo sa Baryo (KSB), a community outreach initiative under the administration of Mayor Rolando A. UY . This program aims to bring government services closer to the people, embodying the tagline "𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝙂𝙤𝙗𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤 𝘿𝙪𝙤𝙡 𝙨𝙖 𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙣, 𝘼𝙣𝙜 𝙆𝙖𝙩𝙖𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙪𝙤𝙡 𝙨𝙖 𝙂𝙤𝙗𝙮𝙚𝙧𝙣𝙤."
As part of its commitment to accessible education, CCCDO actively participates in KSB by engaging with residents across various barangays. Teaching and non-teaching personnel promote the college's technical-vocational programs, four-year degree courses, and other educational services to ensure Kagay-anons are informed of the opportunities they can avail.
During several recent KSB outreach events in the first quarter of 2025, CCCDO distributed flyers and on-site assistance, addressing inquiries on enrollment schedules, course offerings, eligibility requirements, and other academic concerns. This initiative reached approximately 291 residents from Barangays Canitoan, San Simon, Lapasan, Patag, Pagatpat, and Balubal.
