In celebration of World Mental Health Month this October, let us learn about and listen to the various services and programs of the City College of CDO through its Guidance, Counseling, and Assessment Services Office in the seventh episode of PITIK, titled "Mental Health Matters: Guidance and Counseling for Student Well-Being."
Joining us in this episode is Ms. Faith Colarte, the Guidance Counselor of City College of CDO, who will talk about the importance of mental well-being, especially among today’s youth.
