City College of CDO Promotes Mental Wellness Through ‘Re-Echoing Life’ Seminar on Suicide Prevention

As part of Mental Health Month, City College of Cagayan de Oro (CCCDO) held a training and seminar called "RE-ECHOING LIFE: Living in a Facilitative Environment" - A Community-Based Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Initiative. The event was a Suicide Prevention and Mental Health Program meant to raise awareness and teach students how to help their friends with mental health problems. October 11, 2024 at Audio Visual Room, CCCDO, Cagayan de Oro City. The seminar gave students useful skills to help others with mental health challenges. It also encouraged everyone to work together to make CCCDO a place where students feel safe talking about their mental health.
