Ferrer, a distinguished leader in education and policy reform. Dr. Doris Ferrer is Executive Director of the Private Education Assistance Committee (PEAC), the trustee of the Fund for Assistance to Private Education and co-implementer of key public–private partnership programs such as the Education Service Contracting (ESC) and Senior High School Voucher Program. She also serves on the Advisory Council of The Second Congressional Commission on Education (EDCOM II).
With decades of experience in both teaching and educational management, including serving as Executive Director of the Catholic Educational Association of the Philippines (CEAP), Dr. Ferrer, who holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Management, continues to be a strong advocate for quality education, policy reform, and teacher development.
