Dr. Jean T. Loquilliano was recognized for her expertise and contribution as a Resource Speaker and Module Facilitator in the Development of Lesson Exemplars Addressing Bullying in Schools Based on the Teaching Manual on Children’s Rights. Her participation strengthened the Department of Education’s initiative to promote safe, rights-based learning environments and to equip educators with contextualized instructional materials against bullying. The workshop emphasized respect for diversity, inclusion, and protection of learners’ rights.
