We are pleased to introduce Dr. Marigold Cherie R. Garrido, a transformative public sector leader and advocate for values-driven skills development. With over 25 years in government service, she has championed technical-vocational education, workforce empowerment, and moral integrity in public service.
Currently serving as TESDA Misamis Oriental Provincial Director, Dr. Garrido has led systems advancement, strategic partnerships, and inclusive training programs that uplift marginalized and vulnerable communities, including PWDs, persons deprived of liberty, former rebels, and grassroots learners.
Her global training and engagements with institutions across Asia and international TVET organizations further solidify her commitment to quality technical education, peacebuilding, and sustainable development.
Her leadership reflects the critical role of skills, values, and equitable learning pathways in preparing communities for a rapidly evolving and technology-driven future.
