This one is for 2025 na sir pero please add nalng pud narrative- The Peer Facilitation and Counseling Workshop held on January 17, 2025, at City College of Cagayan de Oro, was an empowering experience that underscored the significance of peer support in fostering growth, understanding, and a supportive environment within the school. Participants explored practical techniques and skills to connect with others deeply and provide meaningful guidance.
Key learnings included the value of active listening and empathy in helping peers navigate challenges, the importance of creating safe spaces for open expression, and techniques to enhance communication, leadership, and facilitation skills.
The workshop emphasized that leadership involves empowering others to discover their voice and purpose. Participants gained knowledge and motivation to become agents of positive change.
