On February 28, 2025, the Office of Student Affairs and Services (OSAS) convened representatives from various units within the Student Affairs and Services (SAS) Cluster, together with other key offices, for the formal presentation of the Student Support Services Evaluation (SSSE) results. The activity served as a platform to share insights, discuss findings, and reflect on the current state of student support services across the institution. Through this initiative, a structured and evidence-based framework was utilized to assess the effectiveness, relevance, and impact of existing programs and services, ensuring that they remain responsive to the evolving needs of students.

The presentation also encouraged collaborative dialogue among offices, highlighting areas of strength while identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation. More importantly, it reinforced a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous quality enhancement within the SAS Cluster. As the institution moves forward, the SAS Cluster reaffirms its strong commitment to advancing student welfare, strengthening academic and personal support systems, and enriching the overall campus experience through responsive, inclusive, and student-centered services.
