Our very own, Dr. Mark Raymond Tan, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services and member of the Technical Working Group for Student Affairs and Services (SAS) under the Commission on Higher Education (CHED), is participating in the Workshop on the Revision of CHED Memorandum Order No. 9, Series of 2013 (Policies and Guidelines on Student Affairs and Services) from March 18-21 in Tagaytay City.
This workshop is set to bring substantial changes to the existing national policy on SAS, aiming to elevate the quality of its implementation across higher education institutions in the Philippines.
What makes this even more special? Dr. Tan is the only representative from Region X, one of only four representatives from Mindanao, and the sole delegate representing local universities and colleges.
