Organized by the Northern Mindanao Consortium for Health Research and Development (NorMinCoHRD) and the Northern Mindanao Consortium for Industry, Energy, and Emerging Technology Research and Development (NorMinCIEERD). Held on April 28–29, 2025, at New Dawn Hotel Plus, Cagayan de Oro City, the event provided a vital platform for institutions with shortlisted concept papers to refine and advance their proposals for national-level funding and implementation.
