Internship experiences reveal that while students consistently demonstrate strong professionalism, teamwork, adaptability, and workplace responsibility, the development of advanced technical competencies remains a key priority. Skills in business analysis, strategic planning, research, and problem-solving require stronger practical preparation to meet evolving industry demands. As internship performance influences employer perceptions of institutional quality, strengthening digital and applied business competencies becomes increasingly important. These findings highlight the need for deeper academe-industry collaboration, responsive curricula, and meaningful internship experiences to ensure graduates are equipped to thrive in technology-driven and highly competitive workplaces.
