The Extension and Social and Development Services (ESDS) Cluster conducted its Planning and Budget Workshop for Fiscal Year 2026 on December 17, 2025, at the Audio-Visual Room of the City College of Cagayan de Oro. The activity was spearheaded by Dr. Ray Butch D. Mahinay, the Vice President of the ESDS Cluster and Director for Center for Alternative Learning System and was attended by the Directors of the Extension and Outreach Office, the National Service Training Program, and the Center for Human Rights Education, together with their respective staff.
The workshop focused on strengthening strategic alignment and fiscal readiness through key agenda items, including the presentation of the Institutional Development Plan (IDP), cluster budget proposals, the institutional calendar, ESDS budget appropriation, and other pertinent matters.
The activity also reaffirmed the City College of Cagayan de Oroโs strong commitment to advancing inclusive, responsive, and sustainable development through ESDS. By strengthening institutional planning, budget alignment, and inter-office collaboration, the College aims to further enhance the impact, reach, and effectiveness of ESDS programs in serving communities and supporting the Collegeโs broader development goals for Fiscal Year 2026.
