On June 25, 2026, the Technical Skills and Technology Institute (TSTI) of the City College of Cagayan de Oro conducted Duyog: Quarter 2 General Assembly 2026, bringing together trainees, trainers, and personnel in a celebration of unity, collaboration, and the accomplishments of the second quarter of the academic year at the School Covered Court.
The event featured a variety of activities, beginning with the banner raising and Larong Pinoy in the morning, followed by the afternoon program, which opened with a fanfare and the Sabay Sayaw performance by the TSTI trainers and the Student Body Organization (SBO), showcasing the vibrant spirit and unity of the TSTI community. The program was formally opened through the remarks of Dr. Helmae Tapanan, Vice President for Academic Affairs, who reaffirmed the Office of Academic Affairs' continued support for TSTI initiatives and encouraged the community to remain committed to excellence and collaboration.
The assembly also showcased the talents and creativity of trainees through the Indak-Kanta presentations and the Table/Booth Setup Presentation, highlighting the teamwork and innovation of each qualification. Outstanding participants were recognized during the awarding of certificates and awards, celebrating their efforts and achievements throughout the quarter.
The program concluded with the closing remarks from Mr. Karl Hein M. Pios, Vocational School Administrator, and a Community Feast, giving everyone the opportunity to strengthen friendships and foster a greater sense of belonging within the TSTI community.
More than a quarterly gathering, Duyog served as a meaningful celebration of shared success, continuous learning, and the collective commitment to technical excellence and holistic development.
