The Extension and Social Development Services (ESDS) Cluster proudly celebrates the outstanding achievement of Project RIGHT: Strengthening Barangay Human Rights Governance through a Human Rights–Based Approach in Support of the Sustainable Development Goals for securing the Best Paper Award and Best Poster Award at the PAEPI-X Regional Extension Conference 2026.
The conference, themed "Knowledge to Impact," was held from April 28–30, 2026, at the Northwestern Mindanao State College of Science and Technology in Tangub City, Misamis Occidental. The prestigious awards were formally conferred upon the project's lead proponent, Dr. Jean T. Loquillano.
More than just an award, this recognition celebrates the institution's continuing commitment to empowering local leaders and communities to build a future grounded in sustainable social justice, human rights, and transparent governance. It also reflects the impact of meaningful extension initiatives in advancing community development and supporting the Sustainable Development Goals.
