On July 2, 2026, the leaders of the City College of Cagayan de Oro paid a courtesy visit to Dr. Leo D. Camposano, CESE, the newly designated Officer-in-Charge Regional Director of the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office X, to express their support for his leadership and reaffirm the College's commitment to working with the Commission in advancing quality higher education across the region.
Leading the delegation was College President Dr. Jestoni P. Babia, together with Dr. Kurt S. Candilas, Vice President for Administration and Finance; Dr. Helmae E. Tapanan, Vice President for Academic Affairs; Dr. Mark Raymond S. Tan, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services; and Dr. Butch Mahinay, Vice President for Extension and Social Development Services.
The courtesy visit reaffirmed CCCDO's commitment to fostering a strong partnership with CHED-X and expressed the institution's continued support for the Commission's initiatives in promoting academic excellence, institutional development, and accessible, responsive higher education for the communities it serves.
