The City College of Cagayan de Oro (CCCDO) proudly welcomed the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) Spot Inspection on August 25, 2026, at the Agusan Campus. Their delegation was joined by Dominic I. Sanchez, Jesson C. Olinan, Rey Acenas, and Gavrielle Justin Bareng, who were welcomed by our College President, Dr. Jestoni P. Babia, and Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Helmae E. Tapanan.
