The City College of Cagayan de Oro (CCCDO) has been formally granted a Certificate of Program Compliance (COPC) by the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Regional Office X on September 2, 2026, recognizing that its Bachelor of Science in Office Administration program meets the agency's prescribed minimum standards.
The certificate, numbered COPC No. 011, Series of 2026, was issued by the CHED Regional Office X under the Office of the President, in accordance with Republic Act No. 7722, otherwise known as the Higher Education Act of 1994. It follows an evaluation conducted by the Regional Quality Assessment Team (RQAT) of CHED Regional Office 10, which reviewed the college's readiness to offer the program.
With the certificate now in hand, CCCDO is officially certified to continue offering its BS in Office Administration program.
The COPC is subject to revocation should the college fail to sustain compliance with CHED's minimum program requirements, underscoring the institution's continuing responsibility to maintain academic quality and standards.
