On March 13, 2024, the International Linkages and Promotions Office (ILPO) of the City College of Cagayan de Oro conducted an exploratory meeting with RPN DXKO Cagayan de Oro, headed by its Station Manager, Ms. Gin Serohijos, to discuss possible ways for strengthening collaborative opportunities in advancing the City College’s new course offerings for A.Y. 2024.
Mr. JP Santos, Director of ILPO, along with the team, provided an overview of the institution, highlighting its current techvoc flagship program, upcoming 4-year degree courses, and its alignment with the RISE Agenda under the leadership of Mayor Rolando \"Klarex\" A. Uy. In response, Ms. Serohijos expressed admiration for the institution's aspirations and offered to feature it on their weekend segment, Saturday Talks, as a first step in collaboration.
