The quality of our teachers and school leaders directly influences the quality of education our children receive, and ultimately, the future of our nation.\"

Dr. Babia's involvement in the creation of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) for RA 11713 S 2023 further cements his status as a key contributor to the enhancement of teacher education standards in the Philippines. His award serves as a testament to his dedication to the profession and his commitment to ensuring that future generations of Filipino children benefit from the highest caliber of education.
