In collaboration with CLIMBS Life and General Insurance Cooperative and Kusgan Volunteers Inc., a mangrove planting initiative was successfully organized at Barangay Pangayawan, Gitagum, Misamis Oriental last March 15, 2025, bringing together 60 dedicated volunteers from City College of Cagayan de Oro and CLIMBS.
Through this collective effort, 300 mangrove seedlings were planted, contributing to the restoration and preservation of coastal ecosystems. This initiative reflects a shared commitment to environmental sustainability and community engagement, reinforcing the importance of collaborative action in addressing ecological challenges.
