On November 14, 2024, City College of Cagayan de Oro (CCCDO) participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED) at the Agusan Annex Campus. Headed by Ms. Capalaran Sabasales, RN, and assisted by Mr. Romulo Araña, the students and staff conducted the vital earthquake response steps, including the \"Duck, Cover, and Hold\" technique, followed by a headcount in designated evacuation zones.
This college-wide drill underscores City College of CDO’s dedication to cultivating a culture of safety and readiness, ensuring that the entire campus community gains essential skills for real-life emergencies.
