Themed \"Beyond the Horizon – Sailing towards Sustainability and Synergy,\" this summit convened over 500 passionate participants committed to nurturing second-chance opportunities for out-of-school youth. This event, held on November 13-14, 2024 in Quezon City, was not only a celebration of a shared progress but also a platform to exchange innovative strategies that underscore the dedication to improving learning and livelihood opportunities for the next generation.
The City College of Cagayan de Oro, an active member of the CDO Out-of-School Youth Development Alliance (OSYDA), is deeply honored to celebrate the alliance's collective achievements towards youth development.
