The Orientation Seminar for incoming trainees of the City College of Cagayan de Oro Technical Skills and Technology Institute commences.

On January 17, 2024, the Orientation Seminar with the theme, "𝗪𝗲𝗹𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗺𝗲: 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲," for incoming 1st Quarter Trainees of A.Y 2024 participated by 83 new trainees across qualification -- Electrical Installation and Maintenance NCII, Housekeeping NCII, SMAW NCI, and Carpentry NCII. The orientation provided an overview and history of the institution, current programs and offerings, and the policies and guidelines that the trainees need to abide for a smooth and meaningful training. During the orientation, Dr. Jestoni P. Babia, President of the City College of Cagayan de Oro emphasized the importance of achieving one's dream. The Vocational School Administrator, Mr. Jerome L. Torres also highlighted the industry in-demand skills in the city, emphasizing the importance of acquiring technical skills.
