On March 5, 2024, the City College of Cagayan de Oro organized an exploratory meeting with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) and MeldCX Philippines. Planning on technical-vocational programs, a bright future is ahead for Artificial Intelligence programs in the city. In collaboration with MeldCX, the City College of Cagayan de Oro will publish a research paper that highlights technology and innovation for city development. This initiative drives the institution to further establish itself as a local economic enterprise, thus demonstrating its dedication to promoting economic development at the local level. The City College of CDO aims to empower local constituents, encourage entrepreneurship, and strengthen the city’s economy through collaborations and creative projects.
