On February 7, 2024, the International Linkages and Promotions Office (ILPO) of the City College of Cagayan De Oro visited the Office of International Cooperation and Networking (OICN) in Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan for a day of benchmarking on internationalization.
Dr. Shiella C. Balbutin, the Director of OICN, warmly welcomed the ILPO team led by Mr. James Patrick Santos, ILPO Director of the City College of CDO. Dr. Balbutin enthusiastically shared their office’s functions, strategies, and structure as well as the international programs and partnerships they have forged throughout the years.
The ILPO looks forward to participating in more benchmarking activities on internationalization as it also works on developing the strategic internationalization plan for the City College of CDO.
