On February 14, 2024, trainees across qualifications join the 𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗮'𝘁 𝗞𝗮𝘆𝗮: 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘅 𝗘𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. The symposium was facilitated by the 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘌𝘥𝘶𝘤𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘨𝘳𝘢𝘮 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳, 𝘔𝘳. 𝘎𝘪𝘰𝘷𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘪 𝘐𝘢𝘯 𝘗. 𝘋𝘢𝘦𝘭 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘊𝘪𝘵𝘺 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘵𝘩 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦. He thoroughly discussed the importance of understanding the concepts of Gender and Sex Education in the Workplace.
The trainees were able to engage in an interactive activity of which discussed their understanding of the topic allowing them to fully grasp and connect the discussion and their experiences.
