The City College of Cagayan de Oro's Office for Lifelong Learning and Professional Development, in collaboration with the Linkages and Partnerships Office, has taken another step toward empowering its community by successfully conducting a Grant Writing and Business Proposal training. This activity provided the cluster partnership coordinators with practical knowledge and hands-on strategies to create compelling proposals and secure opportunities for future projects.
By strengthening their skills, the training contributes to SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, equipping the participants to create sustainable initiatives that also support SDG 11: Sustainable Cities and Communities. More than just technical skills, the training inspired creativity, innovation, and confidence in transforming ideas into actionable plans. The Office for Lifelong Learning and Professional Development, together with the Linkages and Partnership Office and guest speaker Mr. BJ Baloncio, anchored on SDG 17: Partnerships for the Goals, as City College continues to strengthen collaborations that foster growth, excellence, and a culture of shared success.
