Last November 29, 2024, the City College of Cagayan de Oro had a pivotal meeting with the Philippine National Volunteer Service Coordinating Agency (PNVSCA) to discuss the proposed Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and strategies for mainstreaming volunteerism within the academe.
The event was graced by the presence of all the Vice Presidents of City College, the Director for Linkages and Partnerships, and the Volunteer Management Office, alongside key PNVSCA representatives. The discussions centered on fostering a stronger culture of volunteerism among students, integrating it into academic frameworks, and aligning it with national development goals.
