The City College of Cagayan de Oro - Office for Lifelong Learning and Professional Development (OLLPD), the City Education and Development Office, the City Public Library, and the Philippine Librarians Association, Inc. have joined forces to enhance community reading centers.
Through this partnership, we are offering access to training opportunities, career development programs, and essential learning resources to empower and uplift our community. By working together, we aim to bridge educational gaps, support lifelong learning, and foster success for all (SDGs 4, 11, 17).
